Sergey Mikhalev was appointed as a Director of FESCO Representative Office in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. Having graduated from Maritime State University named after Admiral Nevelskoy in 1996, Sergey Mikhalev was employed in FESCO as a navigator and he developed his sea-going caree to of fishing vessels with the crews over 98 people. His job in Sakhalin will be focused on the oil and gas projects in the region and operations of the icebreakers under FESCO management and the FESCO Sakhalin supply vessel chartered by Exxon.
