The Board of Directors of FESCO approves new composition of the Management Board 04/20/2018

FESCO Transportation Group (the “Group”, “FESCO”) announces changes in the composition of the Management Board of FESCO JSC (parent company of the Group).
According to the decision of the Board of Directors, starting from April 20, 2018 the Management Board of FESCO is as follows:

Aleksandrs Isurins, President
Konstantin Kolesnikov, Vice-president, HR
Maxim Sakharov, CFO
Konstantin Teterin, Vice-president, Linear & Logistics Division
Aidemir Usakhov, Vice-president, Rail Division
Viktor Shukshin, Vice-president, Security
Zairbek Yusupov, Vice-president, Port Division

Vladimir Chisnakov, held the position of First Vice-president, Linear & Logistics Division, left the Group and resigned from the Management Board.

«We wish to thank Mr. Chisnakov for the major contribution to the implementation of key business objectivies he made. Streamlining end-to-end transportation has launched under his leadership, also geographical reach of FESCO services has been expanded and some measures of operational efficiency increasing have successfully implemented. We wish Vladimir the very best in his future endeavors and are delighted to welcome Konstantin Teterin, Chief Operating Officer at FIT LLC, as the new Vice-president for Linear & Logistics Division. We are confident that his knowledge of company business and also professional strength will ensure the further development of FESCO linear and logistics business», Aleksandrs Isurins said.
