FESCO Transportation Group (the “Group”, “FESCO”) announces changes in the composition of the Management Board of FESCO (parent company of the Group).
According to decision of the Board of Directors, starting from February 1st, 2018 the Management Board of FESCO shall be elected as follows:
Aleksandrs Isurins, President
Vladimir Chisnakov, First vice-president, Liner & Logistics Division
Olga Litvinova, Vice-president, HR
Maxim Sakharov, CFO
Viktor Shukshin, Vice-president, Security
Zairbek Yusupov, Vice-president, Ports Division
Vladimir Korchanov, who is leaving the Group and who had held the positions of First vice-president of FESCO, Director of the branch office of FESCO in Vladivostok and Director of FESCO, has been excluded from composition of the Management Board. Starting from February 1st, 2018 Viktor Shukshin, Vice-president, Security is appointed Director of FESCO. Starting from February 1st, 2018 the branch office of FESCO in Vladivostok shall be headed by Vladislav Kim, who shall supervise activities of the Group’s Marine Division.

We wish Vladimir the very best in his future endeavors and are delighted to welcome Vladislav Kim as the new Director of the branch office in Vladivostok. We believe that the commercial and managerial experience of Vladislav will contribute to effective functioning of the Marine Division”, Aleksandrs Isurins, FESCO President, noted.
In 2016-2017 Vladislav Kim worked as Director of Commercial Department, Deputy Director General, Commercial Affairs of Commercial Port of Vladivostok (a company of the Group), prior to joining the Group in 2011-2016 he consistently held positions of Head of the Department and Commercial Director of JSC “YATEC”. Mr. Kim graduated from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, majoring in jurisprudence.
