The parties also intend to develop a general plan for participation in "Yenisei Siberia", a complex investment project of Krasnoyarsk Krai covering the development of Krasnoyarsk Krai, Khakassia and Tuva.

"Our company is developing its operations in a consistent manner in Krasnoyarsk Krai and on the national level. We are starting to implement several large-scale projects and build new capacities, which leads to the rapid growth of freight turnover", Mikhail Shamolin said when signing the agreement. "Together, we focus on solving the problems of increased cargo flow and addressing the logistics issues accompanying developing production and new construction."

"I'm glad that our partners are actively developing. In turn, we are ready to provide their business with the most efficient logistics solutions based on the advance development of transportation schemes including railway and intermodal transportation from Russia to the southern ports of China and South-East Asia through Vladivostok. We see a high potential of the project "Yenisey Siberia" for optimization of logistics solutions", Alexander Isurin said after signing the agreement.
