General council of Japan visited FESCO

Delegation from Consulate General of Japan in Vladivostok with Mr. Kamohara at the head visited FESCO.

Visit took place in the context of acquaintance by Mr. Kamohara with the largest companies of the region.

FESCO President& CEO Evgeniy Ambrosov noted during the visit that «Partnership with Japanese companies is very important point for FESCO. At present FESCO implements regular container service JTSL (Jараn Trans-Siberian Line) to Japanese ports Kobe, Nagoya, Yokohama, Moji, Toyama through call to Russian port Vostochniy. Another service — JNL (Japan Nakhodka Line) was launched in 1974. года действует грузовая линия FESCO — Japan Nakhodka Line (JNL). In 70-s the first Japan-Soviet joint venture Uniorient, which is now successfully working».

FESCO has a lot of contacts with Japan shipbuilding and repairing yards. FESCO reefers, two containerships FESCO Trader and FESCO Voyager and modern bulker FESCO Marina were built on Japan shipyards.
