FESCO Transportation Group to file the request to call TransContainer EGM for Board re-election

FESCO Transportation Group (RTS/MICEX: FESH/FESHG) sent the request to call the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting to re-elect TransContainer’s Board of Directors.

Three candidates were nominated to TransContainer Board:

Sergey Generalov, FESCO President and CEO

Kirill Rubinsky, Chairman of the Board of FESCO Transportation Group Managing Company Ltd.

Gerald Rohan, General Director, Rohan Global Consulting.

In November last year FESCO acquired 12.5% of TransContainer shares during the IPO (both local shares and depositary receipts), as a first step in its strategic plan to acquire the control over TransContainer through privatization of its State-owned controlling stake.
