FESCO, government of Primorye and CPV’s trade union signed trilateral agreement on partnership

FESCO Transportation Group (“FESCO”, the “Group”), the Government of the Primorye Territory and the Community-based organization of seaports’ workers of the Primorye Territory of the Russian Dockers' Union have entered into a partnership agreement.

The document was signed in Vladivostok on Tuesday, November 10, by FESCO’s President Arkady Korosteljov, the Governor of the Primorye Territory Oleg Kozhemyako, the General Director of Commercial Port of Vladivostok (“CPV”, the “Port”, part of the FESCO Group) Roman Kukharuk and the Deputy Chairman of the trade union organization Elena Khoroshun.

The parties have agreed to settle the issues that have occurred in the period from 30 September to the present time, to mutually withdraw claims and jointly work on the development of the Port.  

FESCO guarantees the fulfillment of all previously given social obligations and provisions of the collective agreement. CPV will also continue to actively participate in supporting socially significant events and organizations and in the region, including the Admiral hockey club.
