FESCO fleet is enlarged with the 3rd ship.

On 18th of October 2004 one more ship was included into FESCO fleet. The containership “FESCO Trader” is the 77th own ship of the shipping company. She is the 3rd ship, which was received by FESCO during 2004.

Reception of the containership took place in Hong Kong at 15.45 of Vladivostok time.

The containership has 1060 TEU (102 of which are refrigerated containers).

The ship was built in Hakata (Japan) in 1997. Inspection of the ship by FESCO specialists was accomplished in June 2004, by the results of it the excellent technical condition of the ship was recognized.

The containership «FESCO Trader» will operate on foreign trade lines of FESCO.

The cost of the ship totals about 17 million dollars. 70% of the ship cost was financed by one Western bank, 30% was financed at FESCO’s own expense.
