FESCO Transportation Group (“FESCO”, the “Group”) delivered almost 77 thousand tons of various goods to ports of the Chukotka Autonomous District during seasonal navigation 2022, which is 87% more than in 2021.
Within the framework of agreements reached with administrative authorities of the Chukotka Autonomous District, FESCO vessels performed six voyages on route Vladivostok – Anadyr – Egvekinot – Vladivostok delivering about 29 thousand tons of goods to the region by sea liner service FESCO Anadyr Direct Line (FADL), which is 32% more than last year. These are food products, consumer goods, auto equipment and fuel. All in all, with the help of FADL service the Group delivered 1800 loaded containers and more than 1100 tons of general cargo to Chukotka.
Another 47 thousand tons of goods were delivered to the region by sea container service FESCO Arctic Line, which connects ports of Chukotka and ports of China.
Vessels of the Group annually transport cargo to northern ports of Russia during summer navigation period. Thus, FESCO is successfully implementing the program on providing areas with limited navigation periods with consumer goods.
