FESCO Transportation Group (the “Group”, “FESCO”) announces changes in the composition of the Executive Board of FESCO PLC (parent company of the Group).
According to the decision of the Board of Directors, starting from December 12, 2018 the Executive Board of FESCO is as follows:

Ekaterina Grishkovets, Vice President, External Relations;

Konstantin Kolesnikov, Vice President, Human Resources;

Maxim Sakharov, Vice President, Finance;

Konstantin Teterin, Vice President, Liner&Logistics Division;

Aydemir Usakhov, Vice President, Rail Division;

Zairbek Yusupov, Vice President, Port Division.
Ekaterina Grishkovets joined the Board to boost the Group’s reputation management efforts in Russia and abroad. Mrs. Grishkovets was appointed Vice President, External Relations, effective from December 3, 2018. She is responsible for corporate communications and government relations within FESCO.
From 2001 to 2012, Mrs. Grishkovets worked as a correspondent and an editor at Kommersant business newspaper. From 2012 to 2016, she headed press office of State Corporation "Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)". Before joining FESCO team Mrs. Grishkovets held a position of Communication Officer at Summa Group. Ekaterina Grishkovets graduated from MGIMO University with a degree in international journalism and from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in banking.
