FESCO Transportation Group (“FESCO”, the “Group”) and State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" ("Rosatom") are developing strategic partnership. The first area of joint activity includes management of Commercial Port of Vladivostok (“CPV”, the “Port”, part of FESCO).
Rosatom will assign one of its companies to manage the Port. This decision was made on Sunday, November 8, during the meeting of the Government Panel.On Monday, November 9, Oleg Kozhemyak, the Governor of the Primorye Territory, Arkady Korosteljov, the President of FESCO, and Kirill Komarov, the First Deputy General Director of Rosatom State Corporation attended a meeting in Vladivostok. Roman Kukhakuk also joined the meeting.
As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed to form a "road map" for all priority areas for the development of one of the leading enterprises of the Primorye Territory. Moreover, the parties have already reached an agreement concerning the social guarantees of the Port’s workers, stating that they will be stipulated in the agreement between the trade unions and the local government.

“CPV is a great enterprise with its own traditions and employees. Now we are forming the management core of the company focusing mainly on people who work there. Our goal is not only to solve operational issues but also to increase taxes to the budgets, to fulfill all social obligations," said Kirill Komarov.
