FESCO Transportation Group (“FESCO”) announces that the annual general meeting of shareholders of FESCO (the parent company of the FESCO Group), scheduled for 30 September 2020, was declared invalid due to the absence of a quorum.
Representatives of the companies related to Ziyavudin Magomedov withheld the voting ballots. The repeated annual general meeting of shareholders will be convened in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On joint stock companies’.
