Given the recently spreading speculations and rumors regarding the changes in shareholders of FESCO Transportation Group ("FESCO"), Mr. Ziyavudin Magomedov, FESCO co-owner, announces that he is not going to sell his stake in the company categorically.

Mr. Magomedov is interested in developing of FESCO and increasing its market price, as well as in implementation of the digital strategy and 5PL projects to bring FESCO to the forefront of the Russian and international logistics industry.

23.8% of FESCO's equity is held by the companies controlled by Mark Garber (a controlling shareholder at GHP Group), 17.4% is owned by TPG Capital, 32.5% – by Ziyavudin Magomedov, and 26.3% is owned by other shareholders or is in free float.
