Hopper

Self-unloaded hopper railcar used for transportation of bulk cargo, such as coal, ore, cement, grain, turf, ballast. The body is shaped like a funnel that has doors in the bottom (called 'hoppers' in English) to provide self-clearing by gravity when the bottom doors are opened.
